Ness is a 2025 graduate of the Aveda Institute. Her passion for transforming hair began at twelve years old when she dyed the tips of her hair pink. Growing up, she constantly experimented with cutting and coloring her own hair, as well as styling friends and family. What started as a fun hobby blossomed into a fulfilling career.

Ness thrives on creative, vivid color placement, alternative haircuts and styling, and is a color correction enthusiast! She is passionate about helping each client feel like their most authentic self through their hair. She loves good conversation about music, movies, and pop culture but also respects clients who prefer a silent appointment.

When she’s not at the salon, Ness enjoys relaxing with her husband and two dogs while watching her favorite comfort shows and movies. You can also find her practicing one of her many hobbies or shopping for new accessories to add to her ever-growing collection.
